Peter James White Electrical Ltd, certified commercial electrical company and contractor, provided the electrical services for REMBuild’s refurbishment of the reception area at Mount St Joseph Catholic School in Bolton, creating a new contemporary space for staff, pupils and visitors.


With regards to new power sources, two-compartment trunking was fitted within the reception counter, incorporating new sockets and data points, power was installed to the school’s Electronic Signing-In System, and a new socket fitted within the reception space for cleaning purposes. Furthermore, selected key switches in the corridor were changed from plastic to a more durable metal-clad design option. Additionally, the existing power was altered in the meeting rooms adjacent to the reception to accommodate the new desk redesign.


The lighting upgrade included the installation of more environmentally-sustainable LED lighting, as well as complementary angled spotlights to illuminate the trophy display cabinet, a featured focal point in the modern entranceway at Mount St Joseph Catholic School.
