Mauldeth Medical Centre, Manchester, contacted local Commercial Electrician Peter James White Electrical Ltd for a range of electrical services, including the electrical upgrading of the Centre’s lighting system and electrical infrastructure.  


With regards to energy management, the electrical upgrade involved the removal of all the old fluorescent lighting throughout the Doctors’ surgeries, waiting rooms and corridors, replaced with new JCC LED 5ft and 6ft battens (from 140w old fluorescent dual-tube lights to 37w LED battens), thus bringing the public service areas to more environmentally-sustainable and safer standards (Health & Safety).


Furthermore, in the bathroom, the old pendant lights were upgraded to circular LED lighting, providing a lower-energy, more durable lighting solution, which can reduce operating costs and light consumption, energy waste and environmental impact (Carbon Footprint).
