Peter James White Electrical Ltd attended Kellogg’s HQ at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, for an initial consultation at the vibrant main office and contemporary workspace.

Following the briefing, Peter James White Electrical Ltd upgraded the emergency lighting system in accordance with current Health and Safety standards by replacing the emergency lighting system’s batteries to ensure they held their three-hour test, as well as changing two existing fluorescent ceiling-mounted Running Person signs with new LED equivalents, providing a more environmentally sustainable, energy-efficient electrical solution (Energy Management & Lower Power Consumption).

With regards to emergency switching, Peter James White Electrical Ltd fitted five 9-gang emergency key switches to five distribution boards on each of the floors, thus giving the on-site Maintenance Manager a means for isolating individual circuits for testing purposes.

Peter James White Electrical Ltd ensured that there would be no ‘snap,’ ‘crackle’ or ‘pop’ on Kellogg’s emergency lighting systems and, now the work has been completed, ‘they’re gr-r-r-eat!’
