Located in the distinctive wood-cladded Hay Barn in Astley, the multi-award winning Financial and Wealth Management Consultancy, Bennison, Yates & Partners, contacted Peter James White Electrical Ltd for a lighting upgrade, including the installation of more energy-efficient, sustainable electrical solutions.


New 2D lighting with microwave sensor was fitted in the store cupboard, the bathroom lighting was replaced by a new low-energy LED equivalent, the old fluorescent fittings in the file room were upgraded to new, more environmentally-sustainable LED fittings and, in places, existing lighting was repaired to full functionality.

To the exterior of the premises, new security lighting was installed to frame and illuminate the doorways and grounds, as well as highlighting the architectural woodwork of the impressive Hay Barn.
